How long does delivery take?
All our products are printed on demand. Once your order is placed, please allow 8–10 business days for delivery within India.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we ship within India only. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at thehomelycloset@gmail.com with an unboxing video and photos of the defective product and original packaging. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns won't be accepted.
What items cannot be returned?
Sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, and personal care goods are non-returnable.
How do exchanges work?
We don't do direct swaps. Return the original item first, then place a new order for the replacement.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days after approval, reach out to us at thehomelycloset@gmail.com.
